EDIT: Thanks to everyone for your interest, but I'm going to close the Admin Applications simply because I do not have the time to sort through potential applicants.  I deeply apologize for this (and for the group's inactivity).  In the meantime, I've invited another user as a contributor so hopefully, the group will become more active again.  Thank you for your understanding.

Hi!  Long time no update guys!  I'm sure many of you are unhappy that lots of submission requests have been expiring before we could get to them on time, as well as the lack of activity in the group, and we deeply apologize for this.  This group started out as a group of friends so we were all going through the same busy times and couldn't manage the group as well as we should have.  With that said, we'd like to add some new admins to the group so that the group can continue to stay active!  

We are looking for the following positions:
:bulletblue: 2 admins to manage gallery submissions (along with affiliate requests and the like)
- must be online on dA considerably often (almost every day if possible)
:bulletblue: 2 admins to manage the Shoujo Manga List
- must be online on dA considerably often (almost every day if possible)
- must have a decent knowledge of Shoujo manga (please be honest, since it will only cause problems if you aren't)
:bulletblue: 2 admins to manage the Japanese School
- must have a decent knowledge of Japanese language and culture, as in not just what you have seen from anime/manga, but you have actually self studied and know beyond the basics.  That being said, you don't need to be completely fluent, but more is always better.
:bulletblue: 2 admins to manage the News Corner
- must have a decent knowledge of what occurs in the industry and can update the News Corner often

One person can handle more than one job if they are capable of it.  Please make sure that if you are applying, you will be committed to updating the group (you don't have to be updating it 24/7, but do keep an eye on the group often)

As of now, there is no deadline for admin submissions as we're not sure of how many people are actually interested, but a deadline will be announced to wrap things up.  Specifics will be sent to each admin if they are approved for the position through the note system on dA.

Why you think you are suitable for the position:
it would really be cool to make people happy when their submissions have been accepted, because that's how i feel when my art is okayed. that way they feel that their art is appreciated ^_^
